Love, Prufrock
‘Love, Prufrock’ is a movement theatre piece derived from T.S. Eliot’s poem "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock". Written at the dawn of the 20th Century, the poem examines the disillusionment of a man, with the times he is living in. Finding its relevance in current times, Third Space Collective uses bodies, text, sounds, objects and visual media, to respond to the deserted landscape of our urban existence. The performance relies on the physicality of the actors rather than dialogue to invite myriad interpretations of dystopia.
