Spiral

A single actor embodies three distinct characters to examine the subtle and overt tensions women navigate while living in contemporary Indian cities. Drawn from lived experiences woven into intersecting stories, the performance reflects on public presence, personal space, and private boundaries through shifts in voice, posture, and movement. Flanking the stage, a live musical ensemble featuring keys, handpan, cajón, and Hindustani vocals combines with shadow design and original scenography to shape the atmosphere throughout the show.
