Pocket Plays: Round 4

Pocket Plays brings together a group of theatre enthusiasts for the simple thrill of getting on stage. Some are stepping on stage for the first time; others are back for another round. Having signed up in advance and explored their scripts over a few rehearsals, these community performers are ready to share six short plays - each under ten minutes - in an evening of dramatised readings.

Facilitated by Nupur Khosla and Saurav Padhi, the evening brings a spirit of play together with the discipline of rehearsal. This is where that preparation meets an audience.

Performers: Ishani Ahuja, Uditi Gupta, Amiti Gupta, Rahul Wadhwa, Vandana Sandhir, Aman Goyal, Siddhartha Luther, Abdi Ahmad, Karuna Kumar, Dibyanshu Garg, Malvika Kaushik, Saiansha Venugopal, Prashant Mathur, Oorja Misra, Malvika Awasthi, Maansi Jain, Archana Nathan, Nupur Khosla, Amar Raj Singh.

Pocket Plays is a year-long series for people who want to make room for theatre in their lives. If you’re curious about taking part in a future round, come see what it’s like - and cheer on the community performers sharing their work this time.

*Your ticket is for a seat in the audience. The performing group is already in place, and there are no on-the-spot sign-ups to read or perform.
