James Joyce Immersive: Counterparts

Step into the world of Irish writer James Joyce with a series of intimate and immersive dramatised readings from Dubliners, brought to life by Kaivalya Plays in collaboration with the Embassy of Ireland.

The second edition in the series, Counterparts, performed by Varoon P. Anand, brings one of his most charged and troubling stories to the stage. It traces a day in the life of Farrington - a man worn down by work, pride, and drink - and the destructive spiral that follows.

This performance includes mature themes including workplace abuse, substance abuse, domestic violence and psychological deterioration. Viewer discretion is advised.
