Home Away from Home

Fingerstyle guitar is music in its purest form - melody, bass, and rhythm woven together on a single instrument. And in 2021, amidst lockdowns and uncertainty, two musicians - Pete Izzard from Somerset, UK, and Rachanachar from Shimla, India - used this technique to connect across continents. Without ever meeting in person, they composed a song that became a refuge, a way to escape the confines of home and find solace in sound.

Now, in 2025, that song is finally coming to life on stage.

Join Pete and Rachanachar on their Fingerstyle Concert Tour, where they’ll each bring their unique compositions to life in immersive solo sets, before sharing the stage for a special collaboration - including the song that started it all.
