Excess Estrogen

An all-women showcase of sharp, witty, and unapologetically honest voices. Excess Estrogen dives headfirst into the chaos, comedy, and contradictions of modern womanhood through a series of short, punchy performances. Bold and refreshingly real, this is a show that hands the mic back to women - and you can bet it’s going to drop.

Written, directed and performed by Dilshad Edibam Khurana, Lisha Bajaj, Preetika Chawla, Prerna Chawla, Shikha Talsania, and Tahira Nath Krishnan.

In the last 25 years, Mumbai-based Akvarious Productions has staged 90 plays covering a wide range of genres and languages, performing over 1700 shows across 35 cities, in India and abroad.
