Spirit of the Willow Tree is a tale of man and nature, dreams and spirits, rashness and wisdom, greed and grace, loss and love. The original story is from a collection of Japanese folk tales, & has a hauntingly beautiful quality to it. In this version, details have been reworked and the story expanded, with every effort made to keep the essence of the original intact.

ABOUT ANANT DAYAL:
Anant is a performance artist based in Delhi. After years of dabbling in various performance styles & techniques, things changed rather drastically when he came across the accordion three years ago. Since then, he has been spending a disproportionately large amount of time teaching himself to play the darn thing. He has of late, taken to incorporating the sonic & visual potential of the instrument in his work as a storyteller-musician, & is very excited by the possibilities.
